Termination and Suspension of Services

Termination by User

  • Account Deactivation: You may choose to deactivate your account at any time. Account deactivation will result in the termination of your access to TradeWatch.io services. To deactivate your account, please follow the instructions within your account settings or contact our support team for assistance.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon deactivation of your account, any data or content stored in your account will no longer be accessible. We encourage you to export any essential data prior to account deactivation.

 

Termination or Suspension by TradeWatch.io

  • Breach of Terms: TradeWatch.io reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
  • Misuse of Services: Any attempt to undermine the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the services may result in immediate termination or suspension of your account.
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: TradeWatch.io may terminate or suspend services to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, protect the rights and safety of our users, or prevent access from specific geographic regions due to legal or regulatory constraints.

 

Consequences of Termination

  • Termination or suspension of services will result in the revocation of your access to the services, including any content or data held within your account.
  • Termination or suspension of your account does not affect any accrued rights and obligations up to the date of termination.

 

Reinstatement

If your account has been suspended or terminated, you may contact TradeWatch.io to appeal the decision. The reinstatement of your account will be at the sole discretion of TradeWatch.io, based on the circumstances of the suspension or termination.

Notice of Termination:

TradeWatch.io will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the termination or suspension of your account, along with the reason for the action, unless such notification would (a) violate the law or a legal process or (b) compromise an investigation into unlawful activity.

Limitations of Liability

Without limiting the foregoing, TradeWatch.io’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the use of or any inability to use any portion of the services or otherwise under these terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you have paid to TradeWatch.io for access to and use of the services in the twelve (12) months prior to the event or circumstance giving rise to the claims.

Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you to the extent they are prohibited or superseded by state or national provisions.

Payments and Refunds Terms

  • Services are charged in a monthly basis.
  • We reserve the right to modify features, plans, specifications and pricing without notice or obligation at any given time.
  • Any prepayment of the Service is non-refundable, there will be no refunds for partial use of service.
  • Invoices are in electronic format only.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns
